Our Respiratory Clinics are held by Practice Nurses who are specialists in Asthma and COPD and monitor patients who have Asthma, COPD or episodes of recurring wheeze. The aim is to provide the most appropriate treatment to relieve and prevent symptoms. We recommend that patients with asthma and COPD are seen at least once a year at the clinic, regardless of whether they attend the Respiratory Clinic at St Richards.

If appropriate, we will send written invitations to patients to attend an annual check-up. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend an appointment we would very much appreciate you contacting the surgery to cancel or re-arrange the appointment. Other patients may benefit from the released appointment.
