The doctor or nurse will contact you about any abnormal result, which requires action.

If you have not heard from us, but wish to be reassured of the result, you may contact us on 01243 813450 after 1:00PM on weekdays, when we are less busy and the receptionist has time to find the result. In order to maintain confidentiality, laboratory results will only be given directly to patients or to the parents of a minor.

Our Doctors can also text you results if you have given us your mobile number.
