This is why our practice regularly asks patients to provide blood pressure readings:![]()
• Every 5 years for patients aged over 45![]()
• At least annually for patients with hypertension![]()
• Whenever a clinician needs an up-to-date reading to support your care![]()

If you receive a text message or email from us requesting a blood pressure reading, please take a few moments to send it in. Your response helps us keep your medical record up to date and identify any concerns before they become bigger problems.![]()

The NHS and our practice try to use the NHS App to communicate with patients, but we do also use text messages and emails. If you have any doubts about how authentic a message you’ve received is, please don’t click on links and check with us first.![]()

👎 Call to threaten you with removal from a GP practice list.![]()
👎 Ask for bank accounts, credit card numbers, or financial details over the phone.![]()
👎 Ask for passwords or login credentials.![]()
👎 Try to sell you health products like vitamin supplements.![]()
